ALRIONPILLAR CAPITAL
Investment Committees

Where conviction is contested, then committed.

Each strategy is a separate Delaware Limited Partnership and is governed by its own investment committee. No investment decision is made by a single individual; committees debate conviction, structure and risk before capital is committed.

One Committee Per Strategy

Governed independently, held to one standard.

Committees are structured to include at least one independent voice. No principal votes on their own portfolio company.

How Decisions Are Made

Four gates between an idea and our capital.

A disciplined sequence ensures only theses that survive adversarial scrutiny earn a commitment.

01

Thesis presentation

The sponsoring strategy presents the opportunity, the evidence and the investment thesis, alongside the diligence conducted by specialists across disciplines.

02

Adversarial review

An assigned challenger argues the bear case. The committee interrogates every assumption until the thesis either strengthens or fails.

03

Structure & risk

The committee debates sizing, structure and downside protection, with the Chief Risk Officer holding an independent voice on every dimension.

04

Decision & mandate

A documented decision records the conviction, conditions and monitoring plan. Only commitments that survive this scrutiny earn the strategy's capital.

Discipline you can rely on.
